Uzayo is an online clothing brand selling apparel to customers in the United Kingdom.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or display settings.

Product availability may change without notice.

Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.

Our standard T-shirts are currently priced at £19.99 each unless a different price or promotion is clearly displayed.

Standard UK delivery is £1.99 unless your order qualifies for a promotional delivery offer.

Uzayo Trio Promotion

The Uzayo Trio promotion provides the Black Signature Tee, Uzayo Globe Tee and White Signature Tee together for £49.99.

The Trio includes free UK delivery.

Customers may select different sizes for the three products, subject to availability.

If part of a promotional bundle is returned, the promotional pricing may be recalculated where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the displayed price and delivery cost.

We will provide an order confirmation or other appropriate confirmation after your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to contact you if there is a genuine issue with your order, including a pricing, availability or payment problem.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

An order will not be treated as successfully paid unless the payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders are intended to be sent using tracked Royal Mail delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may vary and are not necessarily guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds
