Uzayo currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We are not currently able to offer international delivery.

Delivery Cost

Standard UK delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £1.99 per order.

The Uzayo Trio promotional bundle includes free UK delivery.

The delivery charge applicable to your order will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracked Delivery

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

You can use this link to view the latest delivery information provided by Royal Mail, including available estimated delivery information.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking information will become available once your order has been dispatched and Royal Mail has received or processed the shipment.

If your tracking link does not immediately show an update, please allow some time for Royal Mail's tracking system to update.

The tracking information and estimated delivery information shown through Royal Mail may change while your order is in transit.

We do not currently guarantee a specific delivery date.

After your order has been dispatched, your Royal Mail tracking link will provide the most up-to-date information available about the progress of your delivery and any estimated arrival date.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as postal delays, exceptionally high volumes, adverse weather or other events outside of our control.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way.

Where tracking information is available, this email will contain a link that allows you to track your order through Royal Mail.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be missing, please contact Uzayo and provide your order number so that we can assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Information

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
